Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, please contact administration@greenlearninginstitute.com at least two weeks prior to the course date and you can either request a 50% refund or credit towards a future course as long as it is used within 6 months of the original registered training date. After 6 months the credit will expire, and the full fee will be required in order to register for future courses. If you decide to take a course as a substitute you must notify Green Learning Institute at least two weeks prior to the new course date by emailing administration@greenlearninginstitute.com or contacting our office via phone. If you would like a colleague to replace you at the course, please email us at administration@greenlearninginstitute.com at least one week prior to the course date. Should Green Learning Institute have to cancel the course, attendees can receive a 100% refund or transfer their registration to another scheduled course.
